Multi-Family Building Operator Training
Multifamily Building Operator certification helps building operators, property managers, and other building professionals demonstrate their understanding of multifamily building science operations and maintenance. These professionals examine the relationship between the building’s various systems and gauge their effect on occupant health, safety, and comfort as well as on the building’s energy efficiency and durability.
The Multifamily Building Operator uses building science principles to apply operations and maintenance strategies to improve those factors and save money for the building owners and occupants.
4 days of classroom presentation and 1 day of field training with equipment in preparation of the BPI MFBO field exam (total of 5 days training)
